About House Washing
Most houses around Franklin County don't need high pressure. They need the right mix and enough patience to let it work. We soft wash vinyl, brick, painted wood and hardie board at low pressure, so the dirt, mildew and green growth come off and your siding, seals and paint stay exactly where they're.
If the north side of your house has gone green, or the spots under the eaves have turned black, that's what this is for. Most people book it once a year. Lake houses and anything sitting under heavy tree cover usually want it more often than that.

How a Visit Runs
We look at what you've
Vinyl, brick and painted wood all take a different mix. We check the surface and any problem spots before anything gets wet.
Plants get protected
Everything green around the foundation gets soaked with plain water first, and rinsed again at the end.
Soft wash, top down
Low pressure, applied and given time to work. No ladders scraping your siding, no pressure driving water behind it.
Final rinse and a walk round
We rinse everything down and then you tell us if we missed anything.
Questions We Hear
Will the pressure damage my siding?
It would if we used it. House washing here is a soft wash, which means low pressure and a cleaning solution doing the work. That's the safe way to clean vinyl and painted surfaces, and it's what we use on every home.
What about my plants?
We wet everything down before we start and rinse it again when we finish. That's standard on every house we wash, not an extra.
How long does a house take?
A typical single story home is a few hours. Two stories or heavy growth take longer. We'll tell you what to expect when we quote it.
Between the humidity and the tree cover around Winchester and the Tims Ford Lake area, north-facing walls here go green faster than most people expect.
